Whilst you may use JESS material for your own personal teaching and research in the area of solution chemistry, you may not make copies of JESS software or data for any other purpose. You must take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent the JESS material you use from being obtained by any third party. Neither may you permit the data supplied to be incorporated into other computer programs or packages. No rights to modify, make derivative works or extract parts of JESS software are granted except by explicit agreement of the Authors/Owners in writing.
